Martinique is a seasoned real estate investor with over five years of hands-on property management experience in Oakland. Her deep knowledge of tenant relations, local ordinances, and long-term asset building positions her as a key voice in BlackOp’s education mission. Martinique is passionate about demystifying property ownership and management for new investors—helping learners build confidence, avoid costly mistakes, and take actionable steps toward financial independence through real estate.

Malcolm Decuire | Co-Founder

Malcolm brings over five years of experience in finance, real estate, and software sales to BlackOps. A former consultant for IT firms and public-private partnerships, Malcolm leverages analytical and go-to-market expertise honed at Lionstone Investments and Wells Fargo. He is passionate about tech-forward education and has led digital literacy programs in Atlanta and San Francisco since 2010. Malcolm holds a BBA from Emory University and is committed to making real estate education more accessible and data-driven..
